Shipping

Shipping time varies for individual products (SKU), order receives before 4PM are generally shipped out the same day,  and orders received after 4PM , are shipped out on the subsequent day, a special exception is applicable on special deals and offers, where approximate delivery date will be mentioned on its product page.  All orders are currently fulfilled by warehouse located in Delaware. Delivery date and time varies with the client's zip code.

Returns And Refunds

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with our product, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each product before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our Products, clients have the liberty to cancel their orders and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests for refunds received later than 30 business days after order will not be accepted.

Refund and cancellation might not be allowed for specially discounted products, refer to the product page for more information.

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we will provide a complete refund. 

This policy is only valid for return any purchased product within 30 days of receipt in new & unused condition, with all its accessories, documents and packaging. Used products are not covered.

Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, after successful approval of return or cancellation request.
